FasteNet: A Fast Railway Fastener Detector
نویسندگان
چکیده
In this work, a novel high-speed railway fastener detector is introduced. This fully convolutional network, dubbed FasteNet, foregoes the notion of bounding boxes and performs detection directly on predicted saliency map. FasteNet uses transposed convolutions skips connections, effective receptive field network 1.5\(\times \) larger than average size fastener, enabling to make predictions with high confidence, without sacrificing output resolution. addition, due map approach, able vote for presence up 30 times per boosting prediction accuracy. capable running at 110 FPS an Nvidia GTX 1080, while taking in inputs 1600 \(\times 512 14 fasteners image. A Fast, Robust, Automatic Blink Detector
Introduction “Blink” is defined as closing and opening of the eyes in a small duration of time. In this study, we aimed to introduce a fast, robust, vision-based approach for blink detection. Materials and Methods This approach consists of two steps. In the first step, the subject’s face is localized every second and with the first blink, the system detects the eye’s location and creates an ope...

a phase-locked loop (pll) based frequency synthesizer is an important circuit that is used in many applications, especially in communication systems such as ethernet receivers, disk drive read/write channels, digital mobile receivers, high-speed memory interfaces, system clock recovery and wireless communication system. other than requiring good signal purity such as low phase noise and low spu...
Fast Approaches to Robust Railway Timetabling
The Train Timetabling Problem (TTP) consists in finding a train schedule on a railway network that satisfies some operational constraints and maximizes a profit function which counts for the efficiency of the infrastructure usage. In practical cases, however, the maximization of the objective function is not enough and one calls for a robust solution that is capable of absorbing as much as poss...
متن کاملFast Detector Simulation Using Lelaps A
Lelaps is a fast detector simulation program which reads StdHep generator files and produces SIO or LCIO output files. It swims particles through detectors taking into account magnetic fields, multiple scattering and dE/dx energy loss. It simulates parameterized showers in EM and hadronic calorimeters and supports gamma conversions and decays.
